Autumn shows us how beautiful it is to let things go - unknown.


The writer of those words may be "unknown" but they are certainly very wise indeed:


As the vibrant greens in nature fade, the plethora of oranges, yellows, reds, and golds leave us in awe.


Not to mention the plentiful harvest of ink-making materials and time... the time to come inside to brew, play, plan, stitch and create using this season's colour and those we harvested in the hazy days of summer.





We have already had some glistening crisp mornings here in Worcestershire. The chimney is swept, the logs are stacked, and we are ready to hunker down and welcome in the colder days with our naturally dyed fabrics, hand-painted calligraphy pens and fresh, natural inks at the ready.
